Order Processing
We work faster than a jackrabbit to get your order ready! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to wrangle your Western wear to your doorstep:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders, and we currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with his favorite hat. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to handle it:
Return Policy Basics
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Clearance Cowboy Hats (final sale)
- Steer Horns (custom décor items)
- Western Gifts (personalized items)
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps smoother than a line dance:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days (use our template below)
- Get Approval: We’ll send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package It Up: Include all original packaging and mark the RAN on the outside
- Ship It Back: Send to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Information
- Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item price minus original shipping costs
International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Just follow the return process above and:
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you’d like
If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your Western wear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “yeehaw!” and cover the return shipping.
