Howdy partner! At Little Wild Horse Shop, we want you to be as happy with your Western wear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process smoother than a two-step dance.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In the same condition as when you received them
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Clearance Cowboy Hats (final sale)
- Steer Horns (custom décor items)
- Western Gifts (personalized items)
All other items from our collection of belts, jeans, hoodies, and regular cowboy hats are eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to lasso up a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our handy template below.
- Get Approval: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
- Package It Up: Securely pack your items with the original packaging and include your RAN on the outside.
- Ship It Back: Send your return to:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we ain’t responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus any original shipping costs
Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? Just follow the return process above and:
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you’d like
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your Western wear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “yeehaw!” and cover the return shipping.
