We’re proud to be based in Columbus, Ohio at 2475 Old House Drive. All our authentic Western gear ships from this location with the same care we’d give our own trusty saddle.

Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do, partner! We ship authentic Western style to most countries, though delivery to parts of Asia and some remote areas may take longer or require special arrangements. If you have questions about shipping to your location, just holler at us.

What’s your return policy?
If something doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back to us. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. We’ll process your refund faster than you can say “yeehaw!”

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping methodâwe can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
How long does it take to process a refund?
